For the Month of February
Our chefs have crafted specialty menus inspired by the cuisines of Bermuda, the Dutch Caribbean, Jamaica & West Africa. Enjoy four special menu items available this month.
From February 1st to the 14th, you can taste Peanut Curry Braised Ribs or Hot Honey Fried Chicken with Cheddar Coconut Grits. From February 15th through February 28th, enjoy Suya Spiced Short Rib Skewers with Shito Honey or Coconut Curry Prawns with Coconut Rice and Fried Plantains.
