Chef Marcus Samuelsson has been thrilling the restaurant world for over a decade, with one smash hit dish and runaway success after another. Here at the Hamilton Princess and Beach Club he has created yet another genre-defining restaurant, bringing his unique interpretation to the menu with mouth-watering delights such as Oysters with Black Rum Mignonette, Salmon on the Grill, Jerk Pork Belly, Grilled Bermuda Onion, Fish Chowder Bites and even a Whole Fried Chicken for Two. For Chef Samuelsson, flavour comes first, so this is a menu full of flavour and elegance, but entirely without fuss.

We’ve created a magnificent space for the restaurant which lives up to the promise of the exceptional menu. Located in the former Gazebo room, once a fine ballroom where the best of Bermuda high society mingled, this room features beautiful ocean views, a show-stopping central bar which serves tempting signature cocktails and a dramatic open kitchen, where you can watch your flame-kissed food being prepared by exquisitely trained chefs.

Buffet Brunch: Sunday 12:00pm – 3:00pm

Marcus’ bar opens from 5:00pm until 1am daily.
