Our chefs have crafted specialty menus inspired by recipes that honour Black History cuisine from Bermuda, the Dutch Caribbean, Jamaica and West Africa.

Enjoy four special menu items available this month.

From February 1st to the 15th, you can taste Peanut Curry Braised Ribs or Hot Honey Fried Chicken with Cheddar Coconut Grits. Or from February 16th through February 29th, enjoy Suya Spiced Short Rib Skewers or savour Chef Richard’s Friday Night Oxtails.
